Refund & Return Policy

At Vellum & Ink, we want you to love your order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ss.yooonxv@icloud.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item

We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
